Ms. Othoudt stated that most are in the vicinity of Main Street. She noted that the <br /> Small Cities program application targeted the older core area of the city. <br /> Commissioner Toth questioned what would happen if a property were rezoned. Ms. <br /> Othoudt stated that the city's zoning ordinances and comprehensive land use plan would <br /> need to be followed. <br /> Ms. Othoudt stated that the final revisions will be made to the policy and brought back to <br /> the HRA in January for approval. <br /> 4. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, Chair Wilson adjourned the meeting.
