<br />Leveraging the resounding success of our skateable sculpture garden in South Jordan, Utah, Spohn Ranch was selected as the design-build partner for this <br />modern plaza that sits on the grounds of the City of Provo’s new $32 million Aquatics Center. Problem soils and an existing bowl-centric park on the other <br />side of town steered the design to an above-ground plaza with a sculptural skate path. Tinted concrete creates an inviting aesthetic and helps frame the <br />park against the surrounding mountains. <br /> <br />Architectural details and a spacious layout recreate the true street skating experience and solidify this park’s position as the premiere skate plaza in the <br />State of Utah. With structural slab design and drainage-friendly landscaping, the also park supports the project’s overall goals of sustainability. <br />SPOHN RANCH <br />PROJECT PORTFOLIO <br />P <br />R <br />O <br />V <br />O <br />, <br /> <br />U <br />T <br />A <br />H <br /> <br />P <br />R <br />O <br />V <br />O <br /> <br />S <br />K <br />A <br />T <br />E <br /> <br />P <br />L <br />A <br />Z <br />A <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2 <br />4 <br />, <br />0 <br />0 <br />0 <br /> <br />S <br />Q <br /> <br />F <br />T <br /> <br />– <br /> <br />D <br />E <br />S <br />I <br />G <br />N <br />/ <br />B <br />U <br />I <br />L <br />D <br /> <br />- <br /> <br />2 <br />0 <br />1 <br />3 <br />
