• EXHIBIT B <br /> (Technical Standards- Live Origination Sites) <br /> With respect to all sites listed in Exhibit A, the Cable System shall meet or <br /> exceed the following requirements: <br /> 1. The Cable System shall operate in conformance with the technical <br /> standards promulgated by the FCC pursuant to Title 47, Sections 76.601 to <br /> 76.617, as may be amended or modified from time to time. <br /> 2. The Cable System shall be capable of continuous 24-hour <br /> operation without signal degradation. <br /> 3. The Cable System shall be capable of operation without failure, <br /> material performance changes or signal degradation over an outdoor <br /> temperature range of -40 degrees F to +130 degrees F and over a variation in <br /> supply voltages from 105 to 130 volts AC. <br /> 4. The Cable System will provide access channel connections up to <br /> the demarcation point, both upstream and downstream, without material signal <br /> degradation or deterioration and with signal quality equal to or better than any <br /> other channels. Material signal degradation or deterioration where any signal <br /> • problem including ghosting or other audio or visual distortion or interference is <br /> apparent without special testing. FiberNet shall not be responsible for technical <br /> problems deriving from facilities or equipment located beyond the demarcation <br /> point, within the institutional site. <br /> • <br /> City of Monticello Ordinance 514 14 <br />
