<br />or interpret any of the covenants, terms, or condition of this Lease or for the recovery of the <br />possession of the Leased Premises, the City shall be entitled to recover from the Lessee as part of <br />the City’s costs, its reasonable attorneys’ fees, the amount of which shall be fixed by the court <br />and shall be made a part of any judgment or decree rendered. <br /> <br />18.Binding Effect <br />. This Lease shall supersede any and all prior leases between the <br />parties with respect to the Leased Premises and shall extend to and be binding upon the heirs, <br />executors, administrators, trustees, successors, receivers and assigns of the parties hereto. <br /> <br />19.Notice <br />.
