Seven <br />proposals were received. <br />■ $13,210 Wally Hollyday <br />■ $18,000 Evergreen <br />■ $23,500 Spohn Ranch <br />■ $25,000 Misiano <br />■ $31,798 Stantec <br />■ $31,829 WSB <br />■ $49,850 Grindline <br />Following an internal review, Spohn Ranch received the strongest support for the project due their firm's <br />strength in the following areas: <br />■ Community engagement <br />■ Consultant fee <br />■ Company history with skate park design work <br />■ Understanding of project scope <br />Staff did not have a good comfort level with the lowest bidder's proposed team and experience. Per state <br />law, the city may choose the lowest responsible bidder for professional services contracts, not necessarily <br />the lowest bid.
