The Project is located on the corner of <br /> Tenth Avenue South and Fifth Street, in downtown Minneapolis. <br /> The quality of service provided by Mr. Veech was of high standards. Mr. Veech was, and continues to <br /> be, of great value to the Arts Commission in suggesting design fabrication methods to make a project <br /> durable and safe for the public environment, as well as aesthetically pleasing.
