• 5/26/98 <br /> 111 Paul Steinman, Economic Development Coordinator <br /> The 200I Arts Alliance respectfully requests the temporary use of <br /> the empty city-owned lot northwest of the First National Bank. <br /> • Purpose: To attract attention to a I999 Arts Festival in the <br /> Elk River Area, with goal of establishing an arts facility <br /> • Signage Plans and Size: We would erect a pyramid style <br /> sign,constructed of plywood with an 8 foot square base and <br /> approximately 6 to 7 feet high.
