Downtown Master Plan Facilitator Discussion <br /> At a meeting of the Downtown Master Plan Executive Committee, <br /> there was consensus that we should move forward to begin putting the <br /> package together for a Downtown Master Plan process. It was also the <br /> consensus of the Executive Committee that the process would involve <br /> 110 <br /> the following two primary components: <br /> • Visioning <br /> • Physical Design <br /> Staff would like to discuss with the HRA the following process of <br /> undertaking the visioning activities: <br /> • May/June HRA Meetings - Interview potential visioning <br /> facilitators <br /> • July/August HRA Meetings -Detail cost and scope of work <br /> for visioning process, make facilitator selection <br /> • September -Begin visioning process <br /> Staff has been in contact with two potential interested facilitators and <br /> is continuing to pursue a third at this time. Staff would like the HRA <br /> to participate in a discussion with each of these potential facilitators in <br /> order to determine with whom they would be most comfortable. As we <br /> further discuss the timing and logistics of the visioning process, we <br /> will be better able to define the cost of hiring such facilitator to <br /> complete the scope of work. <br /> • <br /> P.O.
