Said appeal shall be governed by the process and requirements listed in Chapter 23 of the Monticello Zoning Ordinance. [C] Status of DAT Decision: Decisions of the DAT shall be treatedas follows: 1. Conditional and Interim Uses: DAT decisions shall be given the status of administrative determinations, to be submitted to the Planning Commission for inclusion in its recommendation to the City Council. 3.
