• The CBD task force recommends that the Chamber Board of Directors accept this report - <br /> with revisions, if necessary. Following its acceptance, the action items related to <br /> downtown businesses should be presented to a group that represents downtown concerns. <br /> This group may be the Elk River Downtown Development Corporation. Another avenue <br /> to communicate these issues is that of an"open invitation"to all businesses in the <br /> downtown. Similarly,the City-related issues should be presented to the Comprehensive <br /> Plan Steering Committee as part of its assignment of updating the Comp Plan.
