Discussion of Bylaws and any suggested amendments. <br /> 2.5) Regular Meetings and Order of 30stniess at Regular Meetings=- Regular meetings <br /> shall be held by the Authority at such fixed time and place as determined by the <br /> Authority at its annual meeting and shall be open to the public. If a quorum of the <br /> City Council is to be present, a public hearing notice must be published in accordance <br /> 110 with Section 2.2. Close. <br /> 2.6) Special Meetings - Special meetings of the Authority shall be called by the <br /> Secretary, or the Administrator if one is appointed, at any time upon written request <br /> of any Commissioner. Written notice shall be given in accordance with the provisions <br /> 41/ of Section 2.2 hereof.
