With the expanded seating proposed, the center of the stage would benefit by <br /> shifting to the west to better orient to the seating/spectators. <br /> These additions to the initial phase one scope will be included in the bid set as potential <br /> alternates to the base project. This will allow the City to be able to add the elements if the bid <br /> pricing is favorable. <br />
