Planning Commission Minutes Page 6 <br /> September 22,2015 <br /> The staff report was presented by Zack Carlton. Staff recommended approval of the <br /> requests. <br /> Commissioner Larson-Vito stated she had received a phone call regarding what would <br /> happen to the walking path on this property. Mr. Carlton explained that the property is <br /> owned by Sherburne County and the site most likely will be marketed for use as a data <br /> center. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Konietzko and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to <br /> recommend approval of changing the land use of Outlot F,Elk Path Business Center <br /> from Public/Institutional to Industrial. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Konietzko and seconded by Commissioner Johnson to <br /> recommend approval of rezoning Outlot F, Elk Path Business Center from Ric <br /> Single Family Residential to BP Business Park. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> 5. General Business - None <br /> 6.1 City Council Liaison Update <br /> Councilmember Burandt provided an update on recent City Council action taken on items <br /> reviewed by the Planning Commission. <br /> 6.1 Planning Commission Liaison <br /> Mr. Carlton stated that the City Council will be bringing back the practice of having a <br /> Planning Commission representative attend the City Council meetings,to provide input as <br /> needed on planning items under City Council review. <br /> 7.
