(e) The yard waste composting facility must be operated in such a <br /> manner as to keep odors to a minimum. If odor becomes a <br /> problem staff may require more frequent turning of compost piles <br /> and/or watering to ensure that the compost remains aerobic and <br /> breaks down as quickly as possible. <br /> (f) The maximum amount of yard waste which may be accepted is <br /> 100,000 cubic yards per year. <br /> (g) Positive drainage away from the compost area must be <br /> implemented, as approved by City staff <br /> (h) Yard waste and/or compost may not be used as daily cover for the <br /> landfill. <br /> (i) That Licensee is in strict compliance with all other terms, <br /> conditions and requirements of this License, including specifically, <br /> but not limited to, the operational requirements, performance <br /> standards and environmental monitoring requirements of sections <br /> 4,6,7, and 8; and the requirement of sections 17 and 25 to make <br /> prompt payment of all fees due to the City. No yard waste may be <br /> accepted at the yard waste composting facility if this condition is <br /> not complied with. Licensee must immediately stop accepting <br /> yard waste upon written notice from the City that there is a <br /> violation of this condition. <br /> (03) Methane Gas Plant. Upon an application from the Licensee, this License <br /> may be amended by the City to provide for the development and operation of a <br /> second methane gas plant on the Landfill Property. <br /> (04) Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) Drop-Off Facility. Upon an <br /> application from the Licensee, this License may be amended by the City to <br /> provide for the development and operation of a HHW drop facility on the Landfill <br /> Property. <br /> (05) Other Related Operations. Other than currently-existing operations and <br /> future government-directed corrective actions on the Landfill Property, no other <br /> operations or activities, whether or not related to the Landfill, shall be permitted <br /> or allowed on the Landfill Property unless this License is first amended to <br /> specifically allow such operations and to specify the applicable conditions, except <br /> mining activities or other operations licensed or permitted separately by the City. <br /> No Landfill-related operations or activities shall occur outside of the Landfill <br /> Property, other than the monitoring wells and surface water management <br /> infrastructure identified on Exhibit B, attached hereto. <br /> 6.)
