He indicated that representatives of the post office have confirmed that <br /> they are not interested in pursuing a Central Business District location for any <br /> portion of their facility. Paul Steinman stated that he has invited the post office to <br /> make a presentation to the EDA on August 9. Paul invited the HRA to attend. <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HRA ON <br /> AUGUST 9 AT 6:00 P.M.TO HEAR A PRESENTATION FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE <br /> REGARDING THE RELOCATION OF THE POST OFFICE. Central Business District Action Plan Updates <br /> Marc Nevinski, Assistant Director of Economic Development, updated the HRA on <br /> the Strategic Planning Process in regard to the Central Business District activities. <br /> 8. Other Business <br /> Paul Steinman invited the HRA to attend a 4:00 meeting on July 12 to review the <br /> •• Strategic Plan. <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HRA ON <br /> JULY 12, 1999, FROM 4:00-6:00 P.M., TO HOLD A WORK SESSION IN CONJUNCTION <br /> WITH THE HRA, EDA,AND COUNCIL TO DISCUSS THE STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS. <br /> COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION.
