Update on King and Main <br /> Executive Director Paul Steinman informed the HRA that Gary Santwire is still <br /> seeking tenant interest in a potential project for the corner of King and Main. <br /> 6.5. Other Business <br /> Executive Director Paul Steinman indicated that the HRA recently approved <br /> $1,500 to buy trees to be planted along the boulevard. He indicated that the <br /> cost of the trees came in at$1,728.00 rather than the$1,500 approved by the <br /> HRA. <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO APPROVE THE INVOICE TO STEVE'S NURSERY <br /> FOR TREES FOR $1,728. COMMISSIONER WILSON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-0 <br /> COMMISSIONER FARBER MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HRA ON <br /> MAY 26, 1998, AT 4:30 P.M., TO BE HELD IN THE TRAINING ROOM AT CITY HALL FOR <br /> THE PURPOSE OF INTERVIEWING FACILITATORS FOR THE DOWNTOWN MASTER PLAN. <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 7. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COMMISSIONER FARBER MOVED TO ADJOURN <br /> THE HRA MEETING. COMMISSIONER HINKLE SECONDED THE MOTION.
