Discuss Concept of King and Main Development <br /> Gary Santwire presented the HRA with a proposed concept for the development <br /> of the King and Main site. Gary Santwire presented three examples of building <br /> types to the HRA; each being a different size of office complex. Gary Santwire <br /> discussed the parking issue in conjunction with Dr. Jarmoluk's property and <br /> indicated it may be necessary to share a parking drive with Dr. Jarmoluk. <br /> Discussion was held by the EDA regarding the costs the city has incurred for the <br /> property. Discussion was also held regarding the possibility of giving the land <br /> away. Commissioner Farber indicated that the HRA may have to provide the <br /> land for$0 to try to improve the downtown area. Commissioner Hinkle <br /> concurred. <br /> COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO INSTRUCT PAUL STEINMAN TO CONTINUE TO <br /> WORK WITH GARY SANTWIRE ON THE PROJECT. COMMISSIONER FARBER SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> Commissioner Toth indicated his concern that any other developers that come <br /> forward with a proposal have the same opportunity to have their proposal <br /> reviewed by the HRA. <br /> . 7. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br /> MEETING. COMMISSIONER TOTH SECONDED THE MOTION.
