The proposed project will eliminate 6 spaces, <br />bringing the overall total down to 73 total spaces. <br />6. Is there proposed screening of the site? <br />a. No. <br />7. Proposed building materials — how do they comply with applicable design standards? <br />a. Proposed building materials will be complimentary to those on the existing facades. Refer to <br />plans provided with the submittal package for additional information. <br />8. Signage — how many, what type and locations? <br />a. The current Panera signage will be replaced on three (3) sides of the building as shown on the <br />attached plans. In addition to updating to Panera's current standard logo, `drive thru' signage will <br />now also be included on the east and west elevations. <br />9. Is there outdoor storage? What is being stored? How much? Proposed screening? <br />a.
