City of <br /> Elk <br /> *�� <br /> River <br /> Resolution 15- <br /> A Resolution of the City of Elk River Amending the Comprehensive Plan to <br /> Change the Land Use from Public/Institutional to Industrial <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462.355,Subdivision 2,prescribes the procedure for <br /> amending the Comprehensive Plan,and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on September 22,2015,and <br /> recommended approval regarding the Comprehensive Plan amendment request for the property <br /> generally described as: Oudot F,ELK PATH BUSINESS CENTER, Sherburne County,Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Comprehensive Plan amendment request and <br /> finds the following: <br /> 1. The proposed use of the site is consistent with Light Industrial uses. <br /> 2. The land use is consistent with the surrounding land uses. <br /> 3. The use would not have adverse impacts on surrounding land uses. <br /> 4. The proposed changes are in general conformance to the adopted Comprehensive Plan. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk <br /> River,Minnesota, as follows: The Land Use Plan be amended to change the property as <br /> described above from Public/Institutional to Industrial. <br /> Passed and adopted this 19th day of October 2015. <br /> John J.
