Lyle Koenen(DFL-Clara City) <br /> To exempt telecommunications equipment from the sales and use tax. <br /> STATUS: Both HF 53 and SF 1186 received hearings. The language was included in the House <br /> omnibus tax bill (HF 848),but not the Senate version.
