Parks and Recreation Director Report <br /> Mr. Hecker presented his staff report. <br /> HKGi was approved by City Council to do the Rivers Edge Commons Park <br /> expansion. City Council approved the William H. Houlton Conservation Area name <br /> for Houlton Farm property. There will be a joint meeting with City Council, <br /> Planning Commission and Parks and Recreation Commission scheduled. Chris <br /> Leeseberg's last meeting tonight he is now the Sr. Planner.Thanked him for his time <br /> and effort. <br /> 9. Division Manager's Reports <br /> Mr. Benoit presented his staff report. Skate Park update will have more to report on <br /> at the next meeting. <br /> 10. William H. Houlton Conservation Area Committee Update <br /> Commissioner Anderson shared an update of the groups activity. Decisions are <br /> made by City Council; cost to save or dispose of the buildings is around$100,000. <br /> II. Announcements <br /> Commissioner Anderson discussed the deer herd reduction meeting. The quota for <br /> Sherburne County is one per hunter and recommending not pursuing a reduction <br /> until 2016 and ask for limits to be removed. <br /> 12.
