That § 2-355, Meet- ings and rules of procedures, of the City of Elk River Code of Ordi- nances shall be amended to read as follows: The energy city commission shall meet at least four times each calendar year. The dates, times, and locations shall he ^-`-`csc b shev as fol - Lows: third Wednesday of Febru- ary, May, August and November at 8:30 a.m. at Elk River Qty Hall. Additional meetings may be held at any time at the call of the chair or the request of two other commis- sioners.
