The Plan appendices have not been <br />changed and are not included in this draft. The Plan has been changed to correspond with the items <br />approved by the City Council on July 19. This memo summarizes the revisions for each element of the <br />Plan. Please review the changes to make sure that they accurately reflect the objectives of the City <br />Council. <br /> <br />Introduction <br /> <br />The text in "What is a Comprehensive Plan" was reorganized to match the contents of the document. The <br />paragraph on Using the Plan was moved to follow Vision. A new paragraph on Community Context was <br />added. No other changes are needed in this section. <br /> <br />Vision <br />No changes are needed in this section. <br /> <br />Using the Plan <br /> <br />1. The initiative on Sanitary Sewer Capacity is revised to acknowledge the system study performed <br />between preparation of the draft and adoption of the Plan. <br /> <br />2. The Greenways initiative is revised to acknowledge that an NRI is underway and scheduled to be <br />completed before the end of the year. <br /> <br />Community Context <br />No changes are needed in this section. <br /> <br />Land Use <br />I. Text for Agriculture land use is added. Description of uses taken from current Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2. The description of the Rural Residential land use is revised to incorporate the phasing plan approved by <br />the City Council. The phasing plan is shown in the Land Use Map. <br /> <br />3.
