Housing and Redevelopment Authority Minutes Page 3 <br /> June 5, 1995 <br /> • Eliminating the exit from the parking lot onto Highway 10 <br /> • Allowing enough space for the supply trucks to maneuver <br /> • Reserving as many parking stalls as practicable <br /> Bill Rubin informed the HRA members that areas of concern of the affected <br /> property owners and tenants include: <br /> •• Upgrade <br /> • Snow removal concerns <br /> • Size of stalls to accommodate larger vehicles <br /> Bill Rubin informed the Commissioners that the preferred option of the owners and <br /> tenants was Option No. 3. <br /> It was the consensus of the HRA that Option No. 3 was its preferred option with <br /> some minor amendments. <br /> COMMISSIONER DUITSMAN MOVED TO ADOPT OPTION NO. 3 WITH THE FOLLOWING <br /> REVISIONS OR SUGGESTIONS: <br /> • THAT THERE BE A LANDSCAPING AREA ALONG HIGHWAY 10. <br /> • TO HAVE PHIL HALS REVIEW THE OPTION FOR SNOW REMOVAL PURPOSES. <br /> • CLOSING OFF THE ENTRANCE TO HIGHWAY 10. <br /> AND TO AUTHORIZE THE CONSULTING ENGINEERING FIRM OF MSA TO DEVELOP <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THESE IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> COMMISSIONER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 8. Other Business <br /> There was no other business. <br /> 9. Adjournment <br /> There being no further business, COMMISSIONER HINKLE MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br /> HRA MEETING. COMMISSIONER FARBER SECONDED THE MOTION.
