The applicant is proposing <br />to construct a 6,056 square foot addition to the south side of the existing facility. The area <br />proposed for the expansion is currently a concrete slab. The slab will be removed as part of <br />the addition. No additional parking spaces are proposed and no parking spaces will be <br />removed.
