These requirements (per Minn. Rule 8420.0620) are as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Description of the project location, size, current wetland type (Cowardin <br />classification), and desired wetland type (goal). <br />A comparison of the as-built specifications versus the design <br />specifications (first annual monitoring report only) and a rationale for <br />significant changes. <br />Hydrology measurements: seasonal water level elevations or areal <br />coverage measurements during the period April through October. <br />A map of plant communities within the boundaries of the replacement site, <br />including hydrologic indicators observed. <br />Color photographs of the project area taken any time during the growing <br />season. <br /> <br />Annual mitigation monitoring reports will be submitted to the City of Elk River as <br />required in its replacement plan approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
