Memo to City Council/ISD #728 Park.,~ Request <br />December 13, 1999 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the City Council approve the request by the School District for a <br />temporary parking area with the following conditions' <br /> <br />The parking lot will be used until June 15, 2000 under this approval. <br />The area will be restored, or a more permanent solution (class V or asphalt) <br />will be constructed prior to the beginning of the 2000 school year. <br /> <br /> <br />
