Ms. McPherson stated <br />the applicant is requesting to final plat the north portion of K & L Addition slightly <br />different than originally proposed. She reviewed the differences <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 04-49 GRANTING <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL FOR K & L ADDITION CASE NO. P 04-13 WITH <br />THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br />AN AGREEMENT BE DRAFTED AND RECORDED AGAINST THE <br />PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE 174TM AVENUE EXTENSION, <br />REQUIRING THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COST OF SAID <br />EXTENSION. <br /> <br />2. ALL COMMENTS OF THE CITY ENGINEER BE ADDRESSED. <br /> <br />3. Chris Leeseberg presented. Mr. Leeseberg <br />stated the applicant is requesting final plat of Iadiever Lake Fields 2nd Addition. He provided <br />an overview of the project. He also requested that an extra condition regarding park <br />boundary signs be included in the resolution for approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
