There are also some older farmhouses scattered in the throughout the city. <br /> <br />Lot Availabili(y <br /> <br />As of January 14, 2003 there were 1,267 single family lots available. Of those 1,267 lots, 465 <br />(36.7%) were townhouses/twin homes and 802 (63.2%) were single family detached. Most <br />of the lots are located within the Urban Service Area; municipal sewer and water is available <br />to 979 (77%) of the lots. The remaining 288 lots (23%) are located in the agricultural or rural <br />residential districts. <br /> <br />Apartments <br /> <br />For the purposes of this report, apartments are defined as a dwelling unit, which is not <br />located on its own lot, but is in a building that has 4 or more units.
