At the <br />August meeting staff will present the results of the Elk River Housing Analysis. Cities on Affordable Hdusing <br /> <br />Analysis <br /> <br />Overview <br /> <br />Staff utilized 2000 census data and collected building permit information to create a data <br />base that was used to analyze the City's housing stock an~ to compare the housing inventory <br />of Elk River to that of surrounding communities (Big Lake, Ramsey, Otsego etc.). The 2000 <br />Census data was used for comparison between communities. Census data, along with <br />building permit information and Sherburne County assessment data, was used to analyze Elk <br />River's housing stock. This report will focus on Elk River's housing stock including age, <br /> <br /> <br />
