In May 2003, <br />84% of the dwelling units were single farnfly and 16% wexe apartments. As of June 2004, <br />85.4% of the dwe~ng units were single famJly and 14.6°/4 were apartments. <br /> <br />Single Family <br />Single family units include a mix of detached single family homes, attached townhouses and <br />attached twinhomes. In May 2003, there were 5,531 single family units. Mo}t of the lots, 979 lots (77%), were <br />located in the urban service area, while 288 lots (23%) w~re located in the agricultural or <br />rural residential areas. <br /> <br />As of July 7, 2004, there were 1085 single family lots available, a decrease of 182 lots (14%). <br />Of those lots, 278 (25.6%) are townhouse/twinhomes arid 807 (74.4%) are single family <br />detached.
