Those parcels are Outlot A, Barrington Place Estates (75- <br />530-0010) and Lot 1, Block 2, Country Crossing Business Center (75-575-0205). The <br />Elk River City Council also expressed interest in a parcel own by Mr. Hunt, but you <br />informed me that the taxes have since been paid. <br /> <br />It is my understanding that, if the two remaining parcels of interest to the city are not <br />redeemed by the owners or others with a vested interest in them, the~'will be appraised and <br />offered to the city without going through a sale.
