The EDA has been approached by <br />Gary Santwire, representing Track of the Wolf and Equity Management, Inc., to <br />purchase the lot for two industrial buildings, each on their own parcel. As the <br />parcel was acquired through tax increment financing, the purchase agreement <br />sets a value of zero dollars. As part of the sale of the property, the EDA agreed <br />to incur the costs for subdivision, including payment of storm water management <br />fees and park dedication fees. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway * P.O.
