The <br />plat contains 21 lots located generally south of Woods of Hillside 1st Addition. The only <br />comment we would have is that the final plat appears to be lacking soma drainage and <br />util~ easements. There is a wetland in the southwest comer of the development which <br />does not show with a drainage and utility easement on the final plat. Also, storm <br />drainage collected from the streets will need to run through a storm sewer pipe to this <br />wetland. We believe one of the lot lines will need a wider drainage and utility easement <br />to accommodate the storm sewer pipe. <br /> <br />With the exception of these few comments, we believe the final plat mirrors the <br />preliminary plat for this area.
