The option we <br />would recommend for the restriping of Main Street is a three-lane design with a center left turn <br />lane. Attached is an Exhibit that graphically shows how Main Street would be restriped if a <br />three-lane option were utilized. The center left turn lane would provide a space for vehicles <br />wanting to make left turns at any of the four intersections along Main Street or at the numerous <br />residential and business driveways. <br /> <br />I will be in attendance at Monday evening's City Council meeting to explain the restriping option <br />and answer any questions you may have. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Howard R.
