Mauer, P.E.
City Engineer
City of Elk River
13065 Orono Parkway
Elk River, MN 55330

Dear Terry: :

I am writing to you again for our concerns of the cul-de-sacing of Auburn St. if a cul-
de-sac does happen under the power lines. I would suggest that 196~ LN is cul-de-
saced at the point where it is now. This would eliminate any potential problems of
196~ LN becoming a throu,~h street also. Now, we have one entrance into this part
on the sub-division at 197 Ave. All three cul-de-sacs would eliminate the traffic.
through the area.

196~ LN has not been developed so the cost could be given to the developers or at
least divided evenly. I also was accessed on my 1998 taxes for improvements to
193rd Ave that I do not feel that I should have to pay if I am not going to have access
to use it into my sub-division.

Sincerely,

Dan Verdick
