The meeting would be used to clearly <br />identify the issues of concern. <br /> <br />Positive Aspects: <br /> <br /> > Clearly identifies issues of concern. <br /> > Allows all residents to air their views. <br /> ~> Establishes clear lines of communication between City staff and residents. <br /> <br />Negative Aspects: <br /> <br /> ;> Meetings have to be focused on specific issues and not allowed to become a <br /> forum to address all the City's problems. <br /> ~> Potentially time consuming if meetings are repetitious and unproductive. <br /> <br /> <br />
