This request is due to a small addition on the nor[h side of their building. <br />They are requesting the vacation of a small piece of the drainage and utility easement for the <br />public sanitary sewer and water main which goes around the northeast corner of the building. <br />would recommend that their easement vacation be approved, but with a smaller amount of <br />vacated easement. I would suggest that the easement only be vacated to a point five feet <br />outside the building structure. The remainder of the easement should remain in place.
