The easement was <br />oversized and the pro-initiative pick-up enclosure, attached to the north side of <br />the building, encroaches over a portion of the easement. Home Depot would like <br />to vacate that portion of the easement that is impacted by the pick-up enclosure. <br />The water line, sanitary sewer and storm sewer that are located within the <br />easement will not be affected by the proposed easement vacation. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
