Two maps are included with this memo. The one labeled, <br />"Original Design" (2/18/00) contains the Technical Evaluation Panel's (TEP) <br />recommendations on how to avoid and/or minimize impacts to the wetlands on the <br />property. The second map labeled, "Revised Design" (6/5/00) reflects these <br />recommendations. Through avoidance or minimization, the revised plat eliminates <br />impacts to 9,290 square feet of Type I and 2,117 square feet of Type II wetlands. <br /> <br />FINDINGS <br /> <br />EarthTech of Minnesota, Inc. prepared a Wetland Delineation Report for the property, <br />dated 4/11/00. <br /> <br />The Technical Evaluation Panel reviewed this issue on May 9, 2000 and again on June <br />12, 2000. <br /> <br />Combined notification of the proposed filling and replacement plan was mailed out to the <br />appropriate governmental agencies on May 16, 2000. <br /> <br />To date, no negative comments were received by the city on the proposed wetland plan. <br />The comment period ends June 15, 2000. <br /> <br />The revised Wetland Mitigation Plan dated, 6/5/00, reflects the recommendations of the <br />Technical Evaluation Panel. <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
