April 14, 2004 Park & Rec -Discussion centered on playground location and that it (update) would be best in the clearing of Lot-4, Block-4 & Outlot G. (this now is a different request by the Park & Rec) -To compensate lost lots, allow lots (out of buffer) at north end of proposed park. - The Commission now asked for a buffer/park land which is approximately 130-feet wide but suggested a 20' conservation easement over the rear setback of the lots adjacent to the buffer.
