Each building inspector completed a job analysis questionnaire (JAQ) which was also <br />reviewed by the building and environmental administrator. A position profile for each employee was <br />generated based on the jAQ, and revisions were made to the position profiles by both the inspectors <br />and Steve Rohlf to ensure that they accurately reflected each of the positions. The point values for <br />these positions were generated based on the final position profiles. <br /> <br />The Personnel Committee reviewed the final position profiles and the points assigned to the <br />positions. The point values based on the new position profiles are consistent with the current point <br />values. Therefore, the Personnel Committee recommends no change in point value for the <br />following positions: Building Inspector, Lead Plumbing Inspector, and Lead Building Inspector. <br /> <br />Position <br />Building Inspector <br />Lead Plumbing Inspector <br />Lead Building Inspector <br /> <br />Current Point Value <br /> <br />New Point Value <br /> <br />78 78 <br />79 79 <br />80 80 <br /> <br />This is the second time that the building inspector positions have been reviewed following the initial <br />assignment of point values.
