Cathy Mehelich <br /> indicated she would be attending a River's Edge meeting and would report back <br /> to the HRA with feedback from the business/property owners. <br /> COMMITIONER MOTIN MOVED TO RECOMMEND THAT THE COUNCIL ORDER THE <br /> PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE DOWNTOWN SIDEWALK PROJECT. <br /> COMMISSIONER THOMPSON SECONDED THE MOTION.THE MOTION CARRIED 3-0. <br /> 4.
