In addition, we have enclosed a sample inspection report and related forms <br /> used during our inspection process. <br /> TERMS <br /> We propose using an AIA Document B727 (Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner <br /> and Architect for Special Services). The contract will include "limit of liability" language <br /> (equal to our fee or$50,000 maximum,whichever is greater). In addition,the contract will <br /> contain language negotiated with the city indicating that LHB and the City, acting through <br /> the City's legal representative, will, to the fullest reasonable extent, cooperate and <br /> coordinate efforts in preparing responses to any third party challenges to the inspections. <br /> SCHEDULE <br /> Upon acceptance of this proposal,we are able to begin inspecting properties on November <br /> 18, 2002. The completion date for the project will be determined by the assistance we <br /> • receive from city staff and cooperation from property owners. We anticipate it will require <br /> between 45 and 90 days to complete this work. <br />
