PURPOSE OF EVALUATION <br /> • LHB was hired by the City of Anywhere, Minnesota to inspect and evaluate the <br /> properties within the proposed Tax Increment Financing Redevelopment District. The <br /> possible redevelopment area includes properties in seven different blocks bounded by <br /> two major corridors;Anywhere Road to the South and Somewhere Avenue to the East <br /> (Diagram 1).
