EXHIBIT B <br />1. Surface water management fee be paid for one (1) lot in the amount required by the city <br />(currently $220/lot) prior to releasing the Final Plat for recording. <br />2. All comments in the Environmental Memo dated July 8, 2015 shall be addressed. <br />3. A wetland delineation must be completed, incorporated into the plat, and submitted to <br />the city for approval. <br />4.
