<br /> This one-story,gable-roofed frame building is clad in stucco.It has a boomtown facade
<br /> with a small pediment atop the parapet.The storefront has been modernized but the
<br /> building retains much of its historic integrity.There is a one-story modern building
<br /> (construction date unknown)at the rear.
<br /> Significance
<br /> This building is locally significant as a relatively intact early survivor of Main Street.
<br /> According to local historians,the Sherburne County Farm Bureau was housed here for a
<br /> number of years. The 1915 Sanborn map shows a post office in this approximate
<br /> location.
