For more information, call the Richfield Assessor's Office at 612-861- <br /> 9710. <br /> • Need to find a contractor?A list of contractors that has been recommended by other <br /> Richfield residents is available through the Neighbors Helping Neighbors Contractor <br /> Referral Network. You may also recommend a contractor that has done a good job. <br /> • The planbook, Cape Cods &Ramblers:A Remodeling Planbook for Post-WWII Houses, <br /> was a cooperative effort in which Richfield participated with 14 other communities to <br /> provide ideas and vision for homeowners who want to remodel their home. The book <br /> features three common house designs, including a rambler with a detached garage, a <br /> rambler with an attached garage, and a 1 1/2 story cape cod. The planbook is available in <br /> the City Hall Community Development Department for purchase, $10 (resident) $15 (non- <br /> resident).
