The subject property shall be final platted prior to any permits being <br />issued. <br />c. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />1. Land Use Amendment Changing portions of Outlot F from Public/Institutional <br />to Industrial <br />Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br />Olsen to adopt resolution 15-41 amending the Comprehensive Plan to <br />change the land use from Public /Institutional to Industrial.
