Resolution Granting Final Plat Approval,Aggregate Commercial Third Addition <br /> Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Wagner to adopt resolution 15-40 granting final plat approval for <br /> Aggregate Commercial Third Addition, Case No. P 15-05. Motion carried <br /> 4-0. <br /> 6. Conditional Use Permit <br /> Moved by Councilmember Wagner and seconded by Councilmember <br /> Westgaard to approve the conditional use permit with the following <br /> conditions: <br /> a. The conditional use permit is not a building permit and the applicant <br /> must apply for and receive approval of required building and sign <br /> permits before construction may begin. <br /> b. The existing building and addition shall meet all building and fire <br /> codes. <br /> c.
